I receive alerts when my cat has used the litter box and how long he was in there. It is SO quiet, so for those that have it in their room or bathroom, it barely makes any noise at all. I have it in our laundry room, and it doesn’t smell it up like the open litter box we used to have. I’m so happy I switched to this auto litter box! Oh and it was delivered really quickly.
My self cleaning litter box arrived early. It was easy to assemble and Princess Sheba took right to it. I did add a little cat nip to it to make it more user friendly lol

The cat box is so easy to set up and use. The design works wonderful. My 3 cats were very unsure at first.,.we didn't plug it in for the first couple days (they could get use to it) I have a 16 pound cat and she has no problem. Well worth the money.
Our litter box came quickly, and we set it up right away. So far, the cats have adjusted and used it. It is easy to clean.

Overall I am very disappointed with this unit. 1.The door to the waste bin hits the top of the waste bin causing used litter to spill outside of the bin. 2.Cat waste gets stuck to the gate that pushes the waste to the waste bin door. 3.I have to continuously clean the inside of the unit since cat waste adheres to all the walls. 4.Orders are not trapped in the waste bin compartment

This is the 3rd one I bought. I have 3 now. My home is 3500 sq ft and I have several cats. One is over 15 lbs and doesn't like the smaller openings on the other two. This one has a very large opening and I'm sure she will use it. These are quiet and efficient. I would have given it 5 stars except it did not have the pack of cat litter it said it comes with so I had to run out and get more before I could let them use it. FedEx delivered it to the wrong house about 1/4 of a mile from mine.
Missing items Doesn’t stop moving when my cat enters it! Customer service response is slow! **Edit since they replied via email while I still sit with these chats open and unresolved 😒 Apparently, their chat doesn’t work. If you message for assistance they gaslight you in their reply. There is no secondary email with separate tracking nor is there additional tracking on the order tracker or anything whatsoever indicating the bags would ship separately. There is 1 email with 1 tracking and the items listed in the shipment shows the unit with all the extra bags were in the shipment. I didn’t even want to write a review but apparently this is the only way to get a timely response.

My cats hate the machine they are pooping outside in the living room they've never done this before and peeing outside of the machine they refuse to use it and I am thoroughly upset that I bought this machine. I was told this would be good for two cats and neither one of them like said they won't use it and now I'm stuck with this machine

I ordered two different items and one was out of stock. I immediately got an email stating so. I received the first item when promised. Then a few days later got an email that the second item was being shipped. The communication level is superior with this company. No need to wonder where your order is! And FYI we love the Meowant litter box!
