I got it today hooked it up everything works except when a cat uses it it doesn't want to empty it it just stays blue until I push the clean button. I have another one I bought last year works fine I just wanted two of them because I have 3 kids

Had to change my shipping address after I ordered and the email response time was very quick. Got the order updated and my product arrived within a few days of ordering.
Purchase was very easy! I was excited to get my new automatic litter box. When it arrived I set it up easily and by the end of the next day my cats had decided they liked it better than their previous box (which I still had it available for the transition). So far, so good!
I waited to give a review until I'd had the Meowant for six months. Unfortunately, it hasn't held up very well. The rubber portion the litter sits in has a tear, and a lump has developed in the back that prevents the refuse from being dumped into the container. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a stronger product that would last much longer. Just barely six months.

I’ve been using Meowant for about a year and I love it. I’d tried other, more expensive automatic options before Meowant. This litter box is compact, yet sufficient for my two cats (one is a Maine Coon). There’s almost no tracking, I replace the litter bag about 3 times each week (I use doubled plastic grocery bags). The litter box stays clean and my cats are healthier. This was a great investment.

Every product that we have ordered have been excellent. The only issue we have is there are no replacement parts for the SC02 drum rubber liner. It is just out of the warranty time line, and we would have to purchase a new litter box to fix the issue.
I have sent several messages in returning this litter box sent videos and photos cat does not like it sent them model number purchase date and delivery date. Need a return label to return so I need someone to contact me in regards to returning.

We received our litter box put it together plugged it in no power. Tried multiple outlets never powered on. I reached out sent email and have yet to receive a reply. Definitely not happy with this experience at all.

I received my litter box. There is no power cord with it. I emailed the company today. After reading reviews, I’m a little nervous when their response will come and how long it will take to get it!!!!

The power cord is usually placed inside the waste bin within the drum. However, some customers have also found it tucked away in a compartment inside the cardboard packaging. Could you please double-check these areas?

This cat litter box was the talk of the town according to the cats. We actually had them lining up looking at the box. When the litter box started moving. The cats jumped straight up into the air. We all were laughing, it was so funny. As they say it’s a cat’s meow. We’re probably going to get another one in the near future.
Website states there is a 2 year warranty however my device stopped working after a year and 5 months after over a week of emails with customer service the best they would do is tell me I needed a new base and I would have to purchase it because my device was no longer under warranty.

I have two smaller meowant automatic litter pans and love them, I have a diabetic cat who is huge and she didn’t like the smaller ones so I had to continue to use a regular litter pans. I purchased the larger one and she is using it. Makes life easier!!
I do like this product in fact this is the 3rd one I have purchased this year. I bought one then added a large orange cat to the home so I bought a 2nd and it seemed to small for him to use comfortably so I bought the larger one. I gifted the 2nd to a family member. The larger one the cover does not fit as well and it shows the wheel/gears but other than that it is pretty handy. I enjoy them far more than I thought I would. Now when I do go out of town for a day or weekend I know they always have a clean box and I don't have to hassle or worried about the person that comes by to check on them. Cats took to them quickly even new orange one. He had to play with it a bit the 1st couple days stopping it when it went to dump. I can say it does stop as soon as they out their paws In. Delivery was always super quick!
