Pad worked as advertised. It was larger than expected. It took my dog a couple days to adjust to the pad. But once he adjusted he used it just fine. I'm satisfied with my purchase. I plan on buying a 2nd pad.

These people provide a level of customer service we don't see too often these days. They are the best and the most cooperative customer reps I've dealt with. The product is excellent and the detergent cleans them without taking away whatever scent the doggies smell before they use it. We need these pads because we adopt senior dogs who have survived some pretty awful stuff and some of them just can't wait. Getting all the advice and help I need from Puppy Pad (Emma, my fave) makes a big difference to me.

I have struggled with my Yorkie, completing her potty pad training and she’s well past when she should have gotten it. I ordered these pads and put them down. She immediately knew what they were for and goes right for them. It’s a miracle.
