VIEWBUG

Dear Sevan, Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear it hasn’t been a positive one, and we’d love to help make things smoother for you. Once you log in to your account, you’ll find the Upload button in the top navigation bar. From there, simply select the photo or photos you’d like to upload and follow the guided steps. If you need any assistance along the way, our team at [email protected] is always here and happy to help. Thank you again for your feedback—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

We’re really sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. First and most importantly: VIEWBUG always protects the rights of photographers. You retain full copyright to your images at all times. We do not sell members’ photos, and we do not allow others to download and use them “for anything they want.” Photographers can remove their own images at any time directly from their account. If a member chooses to delete a photo, it is removed from public view. Our Terms & Conditions include standard language that allows us to display submitted photos within the platform (for contests, galleries, features, etc.), but this does not transfer ownership or give unrestricted commercial rights to third parties. We built VIEWBUG to support photographers, showcase their work, and help them grow — not to exploit their content. If you ever have questions about a specific clause or need help removing content, our support team is always happy to assist. We truly value our community and are committed to transparency and protecting creators’ rights.
