VIEWBUG

Hi there — thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely sorry to hear that VIEWBUG didn’t meet your expectations. We know how frustrating it can feel when you put time and effort into your photos and don’t get the level of feedback or engagement you were hoping for. While many members use VIEWBUG to participate in contests, get exposure, and improve their skills over time, we understand that this experience can vary depending on how the platform is used and what someone is looking to get out of it. Regarding your photos: members always retain full ownership of their work, and images can be removed at any time directly from the account settings. Nothing is ever locked in or taken away from the photographer, please contact our team if you need assistance removing your photos at [email protected] That said, we appreciate you being honest about your experience. Feedback like this helps us keep improving how we support photographers and encourage more meaningful interaction across the community. Wishing you all the best with your photography journey, wherever it takes you next.
