Thank you for sharing! We’re so happy to hear the mat helps you feel so relaxed.

Thank you for your feedback and for your recognition of the PHYMAT mat. Regarding the two concerns you mentioned, we’ve looked into them. The extra cotton cover you ordered seems to have a smoke smell, which may have happened during transit — we sincerely apologize for this and have already issued a full refund for the cover. As for the customs fee, since your shipping address is on an island, our US warehouse couldn't deliver directly, so we arranged international shipping. The shipping fee paid on our website covers only shipping, not customs charges, which are handled by local authorities. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your support, Tomeka! We're happy to hear you're enjoying your PHYMAT and using it regularly.

Hello Katherine, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that the crystal mat is enhancing your Reiki sessions and boosting the energy and results for your clients. It’s always amazing to hear how our products are helping others in such meaningful ways. We appreciate you choosing PHYMAT. Warm regards, PHYMAT
