I love my Amythyst PEMF phymat. I'm older, with numerous work and sports injuries. Phymat heals me. If it's a nasty muscle pull or one of my chronic painful injuries that acts up, using the Phymat 2-3 times a week for 15-30 minutes with PEMF gets me going again, without pain. Just one session always makes a huge difference.

Great PEMF with oomph mat featuring simple and trendy one-button operation. Would I be OK with that? Oh yes, the whole universe goes by the least resistance. PEMF intensity overshadows other glorified mats with virtually no PEMF. It could be more portable without "stone" filling, but amethyst has its own magic, doubles the pleasure so to speak. Temperature is usually set at 42C. This good thing doesn't need bells and whistles (especially phone apps). Light PEMF USB mini-mat could be useful for driving when people can sit still for once absorbing PEMF benefits.

I ordered two mats. I couldn't plug one of the controls into the mat. I contacted Anna. She responded telling me to photograph them. It was then I decided to return them to you. I haven't heard a word from you. I packaged them in the materials you sent and filled out the return form. Then I get this survey. I just want to return the mats for a credit. We were away and just opened the boxes on September 3rd and tried to set them up to no avail. My order is-#PHY3475.

The mat is amazing; it does the job. I'm going through a busy period at work, and the mat saved my life. It grounds me before going to bed and energises my body and mind for the next day. I'm not giving it 5 stars as I feel the mat is quite rigid and I feel pain in the base of the spine and back after using it. I'm trying to find a way to minimise that, as I cannot leave without the mat; otherwise, I highly recommend the mat. 100%
It doesn't work the same way as the Biomat. If I am on it for more than 30 minutes I feel worse whereas I would use the Biomat for up to 2 hours without a problem.

We recommend trying a lower heat setting and starting with shorter sessions of around 15–20 minutes per day. Lowering the temperature will also reduce the intensity of the far infrared heat, allowing your body to gradually adapt. Once you feel comfortable, you can slowly increase the temperature and extend the usage time. We hope this suggestion is helpful, and we appreciate you giving PHYMAT a try.

I ordered this Phymat from the company although it is available on Amazon and I wish I had done so,But the company told me that they had an Amazon outlet in the UK they would send it from but that it would be best to order directly of their main website as it offers better customer support. So I did but didn't get a receipt which I found strange as it was £288. I emailed the company and they then sent me a copy. I got the Phymat and found it made me feel unwell but tried it 5 nights and decided to return it which I could have done on Amazon within 30 days and the return and refund policy should allow that. I now have written several emails explaining my problem to PHYMAT and all pinged back stating they are non-deliverable. I can't even get onto their website through the TRUSTPILOT link as it seems to be non existent now. Whe. I type in the name of the company the page is blank. I just paid £288 a few days ago and as soon as I paid I no longer can get in touch, This is not acceptable and I will get in touch with Barclaycard. I hope I am wrong but feel that there is something very strange going on and I want my money back. I just found out that the company has 'expired' and their name is up for sale.They conned me by taking my order just before they closed down after promising better support if I order directly from them instead of going through Amazon. I have contacted Barclaycard .

The unit trips the circuit breaker every time I turn it on. Even when I turn off all other items on the circuit breaker! It is totally worthless! I want my money back.

While this company does provide a mat that becomes slightly warm, it unfortunately is extremely uncomfortable. I have used other amethyst mats in the past and have been impressed with them. The customer service is also underwhelming. I have had to send 5 emails over the course of several days and have yet to have a return issues. The company is trying to persuade me into keeping the product and is not honoring their return product.
This mat is incredibly relaxing. I've used the name-brand BioMat before and find Phymat every bit as soothing and pain-relieving. I owned their full-length gemstone mat for years before discovering the mat with PEMF, so I gave away the original and upgraded to PEMF. I use the latter in my professional studio and clients love it as well. The one issue is that it's really rigid and can be uncomfortable when lying flat. I place mine over an ergonomic topper and I also bought the BioMat brand cover and pad to improve comfort.
