Hello Daniel, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy, but when we went out to check the AC system, your filter was completely covered in dust. You are responsible for the upkeep of the system, we do provide maintenance services as well, if you would like to have us provide that for you, those services are always offered. We stand by our installation and hope that you will call us or another company to provide maintenance to your system.
