Thank you for the great review - we’re really glad to hear your order arrived quickly and that we had the exact DT Swiss spokes and brass nipples you needed for your trip. Having the right sizes on hand makes a huge difference when you’re far from home, and we’re happy we could help take some of that “what if” stress off your plate. If you ever need help double-checking compatibility or stocking up before your next adventure, we’re always here to help.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you’ve consistently had a smooth experience with our pricing, communication, and shipping, and that we’ve been able to stock those harder‑to‑find parts when you need them. We appreciate you choosing us again for your SRAM GX Eagle Chain and are happy to keep delivering the kind of service you can count on.
