Terrible customer service, asked to cancel my order 10 minutes after and no response, no phone number to call, send another email next day and got in reponse a tracking number. Send another email and no response. I do not recommend this place!

The bike came quickly, which was amazing! Though there is no contact phone number to help with issues I’m having. The shifter is not working correctly and I have not gotten a reply via email. A phone number is entirely needed for a business like this. Still waiting for help to resolve my issue.
