Been month since ordered Shimano di2 XT…
Been month since ordered Shimano di2 XT groupset. Delivery hung up at UPS delivery site here in Anchorage. Last week Jeff said would get site where located so I could go down and pick it up. Called multiple times and emailed and still haven’t heard back. Very poor customer service.
Fast shipment of items ordered online
Fast shipment of items ordered online. I needed a number of different sizes of spokes to have on hand for emergency repairs on a long overseas trip this summer. Planet Cyclery had the spoke sizes and types in stock that I needed to ensure our bikes keep moving if we need them. Their ability to fulfill my request reduces stress for those "what if"/ contingency repairs on the road. Much appreciated!

Always great to shop here for bike parts. Good pricing, good CX communication. Reasonably paced shipping. If you need it faster then it’s on you. Have never had an issue. I can’t say for sure that I’ve returned…but think I’ve had to. Anyway…I remember zero issues with PB. And they often have smaller or quirky parts that others don’t.
