Planet of the Vapes

Hi Gary, I'm sorry, loving everything about a device and then constantly fighting a tough draw is frustrating, and you're absolutely right that you shouldn't have to tap it to keep it going. My name is Miguel, and I'm part of the POTV team. I've sent you an email directly so we can work through the clogging issue together and make sure you're getting the experience the device is actually capable of, Gary. Miguel Edit: We sent you an email to ensure we take care if you :)

Hi John, I'm sorry , trying multiple materials, grinds, and amounts and still walking away with less than a puff, a device too hot to hold, and a mouthpiece that burns is not something you should have had to deal with, especially on a first purchase. My name is Miguel, and I'm part of the POTV team. I want to be clear that you will not be charged or penalized for a device that didn't work the way it should, and I've sent you an email directly to make sure we get this addressed properly and hopefully earn your trust back, John. Miguel Edit: We have been trying to reach you via email :)

Hi Hilton, You're not wrong, it has been a hot one! My name is Miguel, and I'm part of the POTV team. I've sent you an email directly to make sure we help with anything you've experienced with your PAX 4 this summer, Hilton. Miguel
