Hello Sandy, Thank you for taking the time to update your review and share how things were ultimately resolved. We're glad we could make things right with the full refund, even though the pan itself didn't end up being the right fit, and we appreciate you acknowledging the improvements you've noticed along the way too. Warm regards, Giovanna from Plateful

Hello Michael, Going from concerned about cracked ceramic to fully hooked on titanium says a lot about the difference in durability, and getting that reliable non-stick release with just a tablespoon of oil is exactly the performance we hope stands out. Calling it the last cookware you'll ever need to buy is about as high a compliment as it gets! Warm regards, Giovanna from Plateful
Hello Judith, Going from an unfamiliar charge to a fully resolved question in under half an hour, with just a couple of quick emails, is exactly the kind of turnaround we strive for. So glad the pan itself is winning you over too! Warm regards, Giovanna from Plateful
Hello Jeff, Making things right by going slightly above the value of what was missing shows real accountability behind the promotion mix-up. Glad the resolution left you feeling well taken care of! Warm regards, Giovanna from Plateful
Hello John, Catching that address mix-up quickly meant your granddaughter gets to start her own cooking journey with a Titanium Pan, right alongside the one you use every day. That kind of quick attention is exactly what we aim for! Warm regards, Giovanna from Plateful
Hello Kristina, Getting that cast iron-level heat distribution without the weight or the stainless steel struggles sounds like exactly the upgrade you were hoping for. Glad the first impression has been such a strong one, here's to the next 90 days confirming it even further! Warm regards, Giovanna from Plateful
