I decided to buy a set for my niece for Christmas because I am so happy with mine. They are EVERYTHING they are supposed to be!! I am a proponent and big fan of avoiding forever chemicals. I have changed a lot of cooking habits because of all the info now available on those. Plateful makes a premium pan; food does not stick. They clean up easily, and I have to keep the burner lower than usual because they conduct so well, saving on gas.

Best customer service!! My credit card was giving me grief but they hung with me until I got it fixed. Now I have the most amazing cookware set in the world! A little pricey but so worth it!

We Received a Double Order & Refunds Are Extra Slow
Bought their top of the line pan. They shipped and charged for two. They blamed us for the mistake. We paid to have the product shipped back. Sixteen days after they received the return we sent them tracking information that they received the product and had not refunded the purchase price sixteen days ago. They are not customer oriented and don't rush giving money back.
Not gonna lie
Not gonna lie, I bought this because it looked pretty in the ad. Turns out it actually cooks better than my $200 set. Go figure.

Still have not received my order supposedly sitting in carrier facility for 5 days. I told them in an email that I no longer want the pan and to refund the charge. I am telling my bank of the situation, disputing the charge as I never received the product.
