Plateful is there for you! Excellent assistants.
I have ordered from Plateful in the past. Their titanium products are amazing. My most recent purchase arrived with the wrong item. However, this issue was handled so quickly with sincere concern for my inconvenience. They jumped into action and got a replacement heading my way within a couple of days from my initial contact. Plateful stands behind their products and doesn’t give the customer the run around when a mistake has been made. Truly a refreshing approach! Thank you.
I’m still waiting to receive my item that I ordered on July 16th. It still shows “In Transit”. I bought this as a Christmas in July gift. It is no longer July. Beware of a long wait!

I first ordered the frying pan to use before I ordered the full set. I now have the full set! An egg does not slide around the pan like in the ad unless you add a lot of butter or oil. Cook at the temperatures listed and the results are great. Look forward to using the rest of my set.

Plateful was with me the whole time…
Plateful was with me the whole time when I had a problem with my new pan delivery. They investigated why I received the package damaged and it was taped to be delivered to me,however, whatever happened to this package my handle for my pan was missing too. Plateful delivered a handle and gave me credit for the way the package was delivered, I had to hold off using my pan until I received my handle. In fact today was the first day I used it and it was so nice to cook with it.
I will further my cooking items with Plateful soon to have cooking items that I don't have to worry about my cooking utensils any longer.
Plateful worked with my problem and they straightened it too.
I purchased multiple items from Plateful, the titanium fry pan, the warmer, and the vacufresh, which I purchased more than one. When one of them didn't work after a short bit, they replaced it for me. I appreciated that so much! It is already on its way to me. I love a company whose customer service really listens to you. Thanks Plateful!

Informative Website
Plateful’s website answered all my questions whereas the other companies’ sites were not being as clear about nor covering all aspects I was curious about.
These included full information about stainless steel usage in their construction, what was dishwasher safe (all), the skillet was safe to use in the oven, clearly stating that the pan would come with a lid, plus a customer review on their site indicated little to no skidding with the cutting board.
I only wish they would have given the dimensions of the utensil heads.

I am disgusted with Plateful
I am disgusted with Plateful. This is not a review on the pan, since I cannot use it. This is a customer service issues.
I did order their titanium pro pan. When the package arrived, I found that it did not contain the handle. So, I emailed and requested the handle. When a package with the handle arrived, it contained only one nut to mount the handle, it requires 2. I requested the second nut. No response. By then I was just irritated. Weeks of back and forth. Told them I am returning the pan, to which they wanted me to get the shipping label from them at my cost. Asked them how much the label is, to which they responded that we will refund you and keep the pan. They acknowledged that I cannot use the pan since handle cannot be attached — they said just dispose of it.
They could not send one more nut? Their product, they acknowledge, is useless to me. Get rid of it. Really!?!
I have never encountered such unsatisfactory and disgusting process.
So, beware!

This device is so compact and very easy to use. It pulls out all the air and the bag is completly tight and ready for the fridge or freezer. I use to have a counter top unit. they are very large and take up a lot of room. Ordering this unit was very simple and going on line was really fast.

I read the instructions for use and decided it was not the cookware for me…I contacted plateful immediately and was assured a 100% refund. I was strung along with a promise of a return label for a week. I contacted my credit card company with a dispute and it was then that I got the return label. I had to buy a second box over the initial shipping box ( mandatorio) and of course a shipping fee back totaling $52.00 but I was glad to get rid of the order and relieved to be done with this company! Buyer Beware!
