In early May, 2026, I ordered a Titanium Pan from Plateful. I had written to them regarding the issues I had with the order, delayed shipping and the pan. Now, looking more recent positive reviews, it is assuring that some areas by this Company has been addressed. Unfortunately, the pan, despite following directions carefully, did not work out for me. Ultimately, after many communications, Plateful did honor my request for a full refund without returning the Titanium Pan. For this action, it is commendable.

Plateful definitely makes the best titanium products. After using ceramic cookware for over a year, I noticed small cracks and scratches. While their non-stick properties were consistent with their advertising, the nicks and scratches had me concerned. Then I saw an ad for Plateful cookware and investigated titanium properties. I bought one frying pan and I was hooked. If you heat them the way the manufacturer says, and you use just a tablespoon of cooking oil, you have a non-stick surface that won't scratch or chip regardless of what utensils you use on them. Titanium cookware will last a lifetime. They are definitely the last cookware you will ever have to buy!

I emailed with a question about what this charge was for on our American Express card. I didn’t recognize the company name so I called the number on our charge card statement & was referred to email you, so I did. I have never gotten such a quick reply to an email ever before! The matter was resolved in less than a half hour with only a couple quick emails back & forth! I have never had such great results with customer service. According to one of their advertise promotions, there was an additional piece that was supposed to be shipped. It was not. Therefore, I emailed support to request that the piece be sent out. They accommodated me with a store credit, which was actually slightly higher than the value of the product I was missing. All in all, great customer service!

When I ordered my Titanium Pro Pan, I put the incorect address for where my Plateful Pan was going. I quickly messaged the Customer Service. I received a response very quickly about my mistake. The address change was made by the Customer Service very quickly too. I appreciated their attention to my problem and I am soooo happy that my Granddaughter will be able to enjoy cooking with her own Titanium Pan like I do every day with mine.

I am new to using this product but so far I have been very happy with the way it cooks and cleans. You don't have to cook on such a high heat, it cooks alot like cast iron as far as heat distribution but it is a lot lighter and easier to clean afterwards. I always hated stainless steel pans and the titanium pots are nothing like stainless steel. I am glad I gave the product a chance and I have 90 days to determine if it is still meeting up to my experiences so far.
