Hello Marc, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The evidence sent is insufficient because it doesn't show the party at fault for the issue. They were screenshots of email logins, and this can't be used, because email changes may also be done by the buyer who purchased the order. We need proof that shows the seller is at fault. We received screenshots of email changes and notifications of a couple of tickets being opened. However, these operations are accessible to and doable by the buyer; in fact, these are regular operations to change the information of the account.
