Hi EQman, Great to hear from you again, and it has certainly been a long while. Richard here. I sincerely apologize for the concern this has caused. We've started verifying sellers in recent years as part of our efforts to improve security and provide more transparency features for sellers. I strongly recommend reading our document regarding seller verification: https://support.playerauctions.com/hc/en-us/articles/35435005007513-Why-Do-We-Verify-Seller-Identity Completing this adds a layer of security and recognition for your account with a verified blue badge visible on your profile: https://support.playerauctions.com/hc/en-us/articles/41918342297881-PlayerAuctions-ID-Document-Check-Blue-Checkmark Please continue the process in the currently open ticket (2283257) - feel free to send any questions there. Regards, Richard

Thank you very much for sharing your buy-and-sell experience, Luis! We really appreciate this.

Hi Jolanta, I'm sorry for the concern our payment verification caused. This is in place to protect the site and its users by authenticating the ownership of payment accounts being used on the site, preventing fraud or unauthorized use. You may read about it here: https://support.playerauctions.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008370507-What-does-Verifying-Payment-mean-Verification-Guide As for the fees, I need to clarify that the maximum we charge is 12.99% + $0.99; this should be far from taking half of any disbursement. Could you have included service fees taken by banks and disbursement companies? If so, that is outside of PlayerAuctions and is not representative of a service experience with us. Please edit the review to include your order ID or you may provide it to the Trustpilot inquiry sent to your registered email here. We can check on your disbursement and previous verification, and see how we can help. Regards, Richard

Many thanks for the 5-star feedback! We're happy to know it was processed quickly.

Thank you so much for the kind review, Eslam!

Hello Louis, Sorry to hear about this. We have now frozen the seller's disbursement; while we did not find any after-sale protection coverage for this, we aim to assist. Please email [email protected] using your registered email with us with all the information you have about what happened so we can investigate this. Regards, Richard

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Ryan! We're glad you enjoyed it. Sending love to Sydney. :)
