Like everyone else , i ordered 2 mini chainsaws and left a tip back in feb. It's now july and they haven't sent them or reponded to my emails. Company should be shut down.

Horrible service
Horrible service. You make a purchase for rewards the correct way yet they will not honor the reward because it was paid using PayPal even though I have PROOF of how it was paid through the correct app. Also you have to stay on them to give you your rewards or they won't!!!! Very difficult to deal with!

Like all the others I was taken in by their lies. I ordered 3 of the working chainsaw keychains and got some plastic light up thing and two rubber chainsaw keychains. I tried contacting them in every way email phone contact us nothing worked. They are a lying scamming company that I don’t know how they are still in business or how they haven’t been shut down just from all of these reviews. So we’ve all learned a lesson and are out a lot of money and received crap. I really hope they get caught being fraudulent and put in jail. I do have to take some of the blame for not checking these reviews first could have saved me my money and aggravation.

This is a complete scam! As other reviewers said, I purchased the mini chainsaw. The ad showed that it worked and could cut a carrot. It’s just a plastic keychain. I’ve tried to email the company in a variety of ways, and the email cannot be delivered. If I could rate this company is zero, I would.

26 days ago I finally gave in and bought the tiny power tools for my hubby who is a logger. I thought I checked it out enough and decided it was ok. I ordered the first three for $29.99 then they offered deal for next three for $18.00 so of course I did it so I should of gotten 4 different power tools and 2 chainsaws and then I paid for shipping insurance which was $3.99. I'm happy I didn't give a tip on top of that. So I'm out 57.97 and what I recieved was three doubles of some crappy plastic toys. I'm very disappointed. I tried to go back to the page where the chainsaw was and it is now gone. It's the same site and everything except now the tiny power tools are gone. I don't know how a company can still be going and scamming people but they need to be shut down. I did search today about mini power tools and did find four company's that actual do sell them, I guess I should of done that before I ordered from here. Lesson learned, always research before you buy. I really don't give one star but I had to do I could review.

This company is full of lies. The mini chainsaw is advertised as cutting a carrot, that it takes oil and runs. The truth is, it doesn't go, it doesn't take oil and it wouldn't cut anything. It's an absolute rip off. The most expensive key rings I've ever bought and are just rubbish. Nell

Reading all the negative reviews gives me small comfort for falling into the same trap. Even if I had received a toy mini chainsaw keychain, at $20 totalling $31.17 including their 5% tip they help their selves to, would be something. Nothing here, don't torture yourself, do not place orders .

If I could give them -5 stars I would they tell you is a 50:1 mix they call it a real chainsaw but they are full of shit. It’s a real toy that is impossible to start or cut anything I should have known if it sounds to good to be true it’s probably a big fat scam

I was hoping for a mini chainsaw but after 2 months I got a Minecraft compass. I must have sent up to 40 emails to all of Playtrixlab's email and never got 1 reply! Playtrixlab are LIARS!
Saw an ad for a "Mini Functional Saw Tool Keychain" so clicked on the link to buy this amazing product, viewed the item on the playtixlab website and fell in love with this tiny little chainsaw - there was even video footage showing someone filling it with oil and using it - the video shows it cutting a pencil in half and sawing straight down the middle of a carrot - but it was not til I had scrolled down past about four or five paragraphs and additional photos in the item description that I see a sentence stating the item is NOT functional.....IT SAYS FUNCTIONAL IN THE TITLE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! THERE'S VIDEO FOOTAGE OF IT FUNCTIONING!! Lies... all lies. Absolutely disgraceful and nothing more than a complete waste of my time. If you lie once, how can anyone trust anything else you say ever again?

The company took an extra $40 from my account , over and above the cost of the items. When I inquired about it, was ghosted. No customer service and emails were returned undeliverable. With them dealing through Shopify, you won't get any help through them either.
