I had a great experience working with Pleval. Communication was fast, professional, and clear throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, helped me with product details, and kept me informed during production and shipping.
The jump ropes arrived as expected, and the quality matched the specifications provided. What impressed me most was their customer service. When there was an overpayment on my order, they promptly processed the refund without any issues.
Overall, Pleval has been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy supplier and I look forward to placing future orders with them.

great company, consistent product quality, great service
We have been working with this company to manufacture many of our fitness products, specifically jumpropes. They have made many upgrades over the last couple years to improve them to our specifications. We have done over 10 total orders with them so far and they are always willing to make any changes, provide the best price and are always upfront about literally everything. Very happy with this service and will continue to use them!
I have made my first order with Pleval and I have been fully satisfied. I had perfect communication before and after my order, shipment was received sooner than expected and the quality of the product is amazing.
Highly recommended and will definitely be using as my main supplier for future orders.
