用户怎么说
Really disappointing
Really disappointing, I order the 2 and get 1 free, and I get all the same books. They're not even decent books, just paperbacks that aren't worth the money. Definitely not recommended
Scam website, do not get what is advertised
Made the mistake of not researching before buying 😩 bought 4 date with a book for a birthday present. They are not as advertised as they are not the full books. Plus 2 were duplicates even though i ordered 4 different genres and all in 1 order. Also took much longer to get delivered than was stated. 100% avoid this website.
Avoid, obvious scam, if I could give 0 stars I would
I ordered the gothic blind date with a book on 18th August and thought I was ordering from an USA company. I knew this would take a few days to reach the UK but it said it shipped from Michigan but when the tracking number said it had cleared customs but then taken 8 days in transit across the UK I got suspicious. I emailed twice and was given generic we care and shipping can be affected by weather etc, I explained even in the worst weather UK shipping is NEVER that bad and was then suddenly issued a new tracking suddenly saying it had only been shipped that say and suddenly from Shenzhen I realised I had been totally had by a scam.....I'm an idiot! I have now emailed my bank with all this evidence to ask them to start proceedings to get my money back I doubt I will. My own bad for foolishly not using PayPal but please don't use this company! They are a scam! They don't send the products, they send you a fake tracking link and based on other reviews if you do get it, it's rubbish quality. Don't fall for it.
COMPLETE SCAM
COMPLETE SCAM would give 0 stars if I could. Originally ordered two blind dates with a book on 02/08/25, for weeks it was showing it was coming from the states, had cleared customs and was then sitting in Birmingham. Emailed and complained over and over and was told to just be patient. I then said I wanted a full refund and suddenly they shipped the items again but guess where they were coming from… China. Immediately sets off more alarm bells. Well the product finally arrives on 25/09/25 and I receive the exact same thing in each one and just snippets of books, not entire novels. I have complained and asked for a refund only to be offered a minimum of $4 - bear in mind I paid $51 and for express shipping. It’s absolutely disgraceful how much of a scam this is. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased. I am now trying to get the money back through my bank and showing everything as evidence. Oh and the absolute kicker, each of their items has a 90-day money back guarantee, but they’re still refusing to give me a full refund, and any returns go to a different address than the original shipping address and will apparently cost me a lot of money. Of course it does.
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. They scam by advertising a cool product, but when it arrives it is a 3D printed set. Rough edges not even well crafted. After contacting and guiding them to their own guidelines off 100% statisfaction and money back guarantee... They keep answering with: the product is as you bought it..... Really scammers.
…scams
Don't want to give any stars total scam i ordered gothic bat mobile I got cheap mis shapped dream catcher. Couldn't even put it in a box suitable. They are telling me they have sent correct item despite me sending pictures of what I ordered which clearly shows what I paid for. They have offered me $8 compensation what an insult. Still on going.
Avoid!!!
Avoid!!!! Utter scam. Wish can give a negative review. Ordered buy 2 get 1 free blind date with a book, 2 romance fantasy and 1 dark romance. First skeptical but was influenced via Facebook and tik tok. Never again. Arrived was 3 of the same books and it was small sample style books with small print and not the whole book. Better yet, can get the book full print for 3 quid or 3 for 7 quid, but with exchange rates and shipping it cost me over 40 quid!!!! Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Defo will learn from this and may end up avoiding legit small companies due to this experience :(
I bought the 2 get 1 free packet and i…
I bought the 2 get 1 free packet and i had to wait weeks only to receive one pack with the same gadgets and two mini books. Never gonna buy again
If I could give negative 10 stars…
If I could give negative 10 stars that's exactly what these money stealing arsehats would get. Oh they got me good. I ordered 9 date with a book from them in August. The 1st thing they tell me is be patient its being shipped. This is now the middle of September. Then they tell me it was delivered on July 26th. Oh really thats cute when I didn't even order it until 8/15/25 thats a nice trick. After several nasty e-mails and lots of proof that they are liars and theives I contacted PayPal and all of a sudden it was a warehouse mistake and my books are on the way. PayPal has given me a refund and you can keep your books. Stay away from these people they are absofreakinlutely con-artist and theives!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dream catcher and waited weeks and weeks and eventually got a completely different (and much smaller) item than ordered. They offered £3 refund. Insult. The item cost £30 and could literally be bought elsewhere for less than £10. SCAM!!
I ordered the blind date with a book…
I ordered the blind date with a book offer, bought 2 get one. Only received one package and the book was a mini book writing so small i can't read it. It was shipped from italy by the tracking info byt the postage was from some guy named Dale in New York. Scam Stay Away!
Ordered two book sets on August 3rd…
Ordered two book sets on August 3rd kept track. the tracker showed my packages going through customs clear on down to 2 hours away from where I live and they stayed there for 5 days. I messaged the company wanting to know what was going on. I was told they would tell the shipping company to expedite. Two weeks later still sitting two hours away. I threatened to turn them in and that I wanted my money back. All of a sudden my "books" show up yesterday on September 22nd from Wisconsin and nothing like what was shown on the website. Very disappointed that was a lot of money for what I got. Could have gone to Walmart and gotten what I got and more for a lot less.
"31 Nights of Fright - Rip Off
I ordered "31 Nights of Fright - Halloween Countdown Box With Figurines". A parcel arrived 5 weeks later with the "7 Nights of Fright". I contacted Poeriherall who's answer was keep it and we will refunded $3.00 or return it which will cost $20-30. So I asked Ebay who got a refund. Avoid this company, its a rip-off.
Scam Scam Scam
Ordered birthday gifts that were supposed to arrive in early September. It's the 24th and they still haven't arrived. I've emailed to inquire about my order and was given a "tracking number" that was completely different from the one I got when I initially ordered. This is an absolute scam. Do not trust them.
Scammers
Total crap No book, no pin, no cup and no bag as promised This company is a scam
Worst customer service ever. Ordered on Aug 9 and supposedly shipment sent to watsonnlake Yukon. The opposite side of.the country. INCOMPETENT
Perhaps send to the right address and when they have information exposing their incompetence send refund!
Do NOT use this company.
Do NOT use this company. Products are not as advertised or described. Cheaply printed book with faded print, not a full sized book either. I left a 1 star review on their website which has also been deleted. When I complained, they offered a 2 dollar refund, a complete insult.
Bad products
The products are 3D printed and not even " well-crafted". The pictures of the product on the website is nothing compared with wat you get.
Not worth the money, do not buy!
Book is an unknown author mini book of 114 pages. No credits or copyright page, says complete trilogy on the front cover but only has 18 short chapters the website shows a anormal ~A5 paperback book, the one received is B6 in size and about 6-7mm in thickness. The whole thing came in an envelope and was about 1 cm in thickness. Poor quality stickers that tore when I tried to peel the back. The only thing looking decent is the magnetic book mark and the quality of the paper for the gift-like wrapping....
