COMPLETE SCAM
COMPLETE SCAM would give 0 stars if I could. Originally ordered two blind dates with a book on 02/08/25, for weeks it was showing it was coming from the states, had cleared customs and was then sitting in Birmingham. Emailed and complained over and over and was told to just be patient. I then said I wanted a full refund and suddenly they shipped the items again but guess where they were coming from… China. Immediately sets off more alarm bells. Well the product finally arrives on 25/09/25 and I receive the exact same thing in each one and just snippets of books, not entire novels. I have complained and asked for a refund only to be offered a minimum of $4 - bear in mind I paid $51 and for express shipping. It’s absolutely disgraceful how much of a scam this is. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased. I am now trying to get the money back through my bank and showing everything as evidence. Oh and the absolute kicker, each of their items has a 90-day money back guarantee, but they’re still refusing to give me a full refund, and any returns go to a different address than the original shipping address and will apparently cost me a lot of money. Of course it does.
