Thank you for your feedback, Bamboo. We're glad you liked the natural appearance of your veneers, but we're sorry to hear about your experience with their durability. Because every customer's daily wear and use is different, we do have to uphold our 30-day warranty policy. If you're outside of the warranty period and aren't experiencing fit issues, you are eligible to purchase spare veneers for up to 70% off using the impressions we already have on file. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the 4-star review Apple! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with our financing options and that our team showed you the patience and respect you deserve. Enjoy your new smile, and thank you for choosing Pop On Veneers!

Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the details. Our records show that you initially requested a refund in May and later chose to switch to a remake as a one-time courtesy within your 30-day warranty period. After the remake was completed, you requested to return your order for a refund. However, we have only received one of the top veneers back, despite two top veneers being sent to you: your original top veneer and your remake top veneer. Per our return policy, all veneers issued as part of the order must be returned in order to process a refund. Additionally, the 30-day return period for the remake has since expired, which means the order is no longer eligible for a refund, even if the remaining top veneer is returned. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the details and feedback. Thank you, Customer Service
