Pop On Veneers

Hi JoAnn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your order, we saw that our team offered you a complimentary remake within your warranty period to address your concerns. We also provided an alternative option so you could keep your original veneers while we began production on your remake. This way, you would still have your original set available for your upcoming wedding in the event the remake did not arrive in time. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response after presenting this solution. Our goal is always to work with our customers to find the best possible outcome, and we were hopeful this option would provide peace of mind while ensuring your concerns were addressed. Thank you, Customer Service
