We definitely encourage you to use our banner replacement services next time. We're happy to take the hassle away from you! Hi Scott. We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your product. There are printing specifications on the product's web page that indicate how much safe area should be left in your design. However, someone should have pointed out to you if your design did not meet these requirements. We will look into this matter.
