Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently share that items such as clothing, necklaces, and mugs are exceptionally well-made, highly comfortable, and look very nice upon arrival. Many people also mention receiving very helpful tracking updates and quick communication while eagerly waiting for their purchases to be delivered.
Some reviewers were not happy with lengthy shipping delays and packages unexpectedly arriving from overseas without receiving clear prior notice. Customers additionally noted that certain wallets completely lacked a proper functional compartment for carrying cash, and several items failed to accurately match their online descriptions.
Stay away!!! I ordered a Minimalist wallet with a place to carry cash, like a regular wallet. This is a great idea, so I ordered one. About a month later, with tracking updates, I received my wallet. Opened it up and it looks great, seems fairly well built, but...no place for cash. I contacted customer service and each time they replied within a day. First reply was "sorry, we'll refund 3USD and you can enjoy the wallet." Second reply was "sorry, we'll refund 5USD for the inconvenience." When I replied that I wanted to return it for the one I ordered, the reply was "our warehouse said they shipped the correct item." Then went into a line of BS on how to return it, which was next to impossible. As I said - stay away!
I don’t like that it took forever to receive my order, I feel the bra it poor quality. While trying it on one of the straps was not sewn so it came apart. Not impressed, not as advertised.
The slip-in pockets for ID are to narrow. I have tried to slide my ID in and out several times and have ended up using a pliers to pull my ID out. The is no place to carry any cash.
The quality and structure appear to be very good.
Well it a long time to get here, and after it got here it was not the one that was advertised which makes it really dissatisfying to me to wait this long and it is not what I ordered. On the hand it is a good wallet and looks built good just not what I expected.
I gave 4 stars because there was prompt response to my email.
I will give 5 stars when i have successfully received a refund, as the product received was not the product I saw when I ordered
I thought I would have a slot for the money and the wallets do not. I may have watched a video for another product then went to your website and assumed. I really don’t know how it happened. I’ll just buy a money clip for the men.
Great communication, umbrella needs a couple of tweaks
They were very good about sending shipping updates and communicated throughout the whole process. I would suggest some changes to the product to improve it, such as a larger strap to wrap the umbrella, and also to have a push button to release and open the umbrella automatically. It is a very large umbrella in a small package.
I love my pants. The quality and cute factor are tops. I was kept apprised of every step in the delivery, which was lengthy. If you don’t need them quickly, I recommend highly.
The product seems to be sufficiently built. I just received it yesterday so I have not been able to test it.
The ad stated that the unit came with a micro sd card. I ordered 2 cameras and neither came with an sd card.
I thought items from China and Taiwan took a long time to get here (US). Well I was incorrect, this item took almost 6 weeks.
