Thank you for your feedback, Josh. We completely understand the excitement of receiving a signed preorder and appreciate you placing your order so far in advance. Preorders can sometimes have different fulfillment timelines depending on when signed copies arrive and become available for shipment. Thank you for sharing your feedback, Malinda. We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your order and the frustrating shipping delay. We understand how disappointing it is when a collectible doesn't meet your expectations. Our Customer Service team will be reaching out to review your concerns and work with you toward a resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Thank you for your feedback, Denny. We understand the preference for a book signed directly on the page. For transparency, the product page noted that this edition included a signed bookplate, which still bears the author's authentic signature. We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to answer any questions about your order. 📚
