Really good and efficient service
Really good and efficient service. Joel is very professional. I had a few changes to my schedule and requested for change. He is able to accommodate and go way out to change my flight timing. Will definitely use their service again.
Assistance for getting my premium class tickets
Joel , whom helped me with the reservations was helpful and listens to my requests , act upon it immediately. Although I kept changing my requests from time to time.,, Thank you very much for the wonderful service.
Service is great!
Service is great! Was looking for flights from Singapore to HongKong and was offered a better deal for Singapore Airlines despite looking for budget flights on my own. They definitely helped to cater my needs and what I was looking for (eg. good flight timings to match my hotel check-in time etc) and assist my whole flight booking procedure even to helping me with my Krisflyer account set up. Excellence and prompt service is what makes them different from other typical search engines for cheap flights. Their tailored service is what makes the whole experience pleasant and convenient. Definitely recommended!
