I ordered a surprise pop up gift box and 2 wooden money box letters and I never recieved any of them and now there not even on there site, just states its in shipping but never gets up dated and I ordered nearly 2 months ago now, waste of money and now I think its a scam
If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. Ordered items 2months ago, tracking stopped a month ago have NOT received any items. Contacted customer services and all I get is you have to wait. You have to wait. I have waited. 2 months. Iv asked for a refund as was ment to be a gift and the time has passed now but all the reply with is oh-oh your item is on its way, you'll have to wait.
Still waiting for my order. Don't know how to contact them
Beautiful but was a gift, don't know if they liked it.
