Items never got delivered They say the glass is sourced from a beach in England which leads you to believe that's where they're based. Emails show shipping from USA PayPal paid out immediately I reported them. I'm still getting emails saying it's on it's way. 4th January the parcel was in Lincoln. The postcode was a residential street. Do not shop with them.
Warning to all who wanted to buy from this store. First the delivery was very delayed. Second when I read an article from MalwareTips Forum(Malwaretips.com) this store tag as a scammer, unfortunately it’s too late for me to read their article. Third I ordered a gift for a child the “Rescuer”, when I received it, it’s completely different from what they are advertising, the material was very cheap it’s a thin carton paper. And was very disappointed because the item has a missing part, unfortunately the important part which is the story book of the item. I wanted to return for a replacement or refund. They said if I return it, I’ll be the one paying for the return cost, why is it me paying for their negligence. They didn’t replace it or offer to send the missing part. They instead offered me 1st £2 but the product cost £22 shipping fee was not included but I keep refusing it until they reached the offer to £7, and said that it’s up to me if I accept the offer or nothing!!

Scammers. Delivery took two and a half months, neither product was as described (one made of cardboard instead of wood and another broken!). Customer service extremely poor, offered me a £10 refund from my £35 order, wouldn't accept a return despite incredibly poor products. Avoid!
Scammers! Avoid like a plague! Received paper nativity set made out of cheap cupboard and paid £22.65 for the ‘privilege’. Contacted their customer support - refused to reimburse, return, refund. Do not waste your money on these bunch of scammers. Avoid!!!
Dreadful! The so called ‘wooden nativity set’ which cost £30ish was made of card and arrived two days before Christmas. I shall be asking PayPal to intervene for a full refund as it is an awful and extremely cheap looking product.
I ordered the The Rescuer 'Wooden' Nativity set on 17 November and received a parcel on 22 December. But, contrary to the description, it is not wooden but made of paper/card! And there is no story book with it to make sense of the items in the drawers. I am going through the complaints procedure to get a full refund. There does seem to be a legitimate wooden product out there sold by Amazon among others, but this is a pale and incomplete imitation. Avoid!
I would give 0 stars if possible! Items not received after 8 weeks. I contacted them and they said they would resend. Waited again and still not received so too late to be given as gifts. Contacted them again a few times about refund & no reply! I suspect a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ALL!
I ordered an advent nativity on 11th November assuming it would come before 1st December when advent begins. I have still not received the item a month on and very disappointed with the progress via tracking. The item is still in America!
If there was a star below one then that is what I would put. It took 21 days for a dress to be delivered which was too late and there is nothing on the website to say it would take so long. When I asked for a refund I was offered £1 and keep the dress, which I no longer need. I said no and was offered £4. I'm still waiting for details on how to return the dress for a full refund. Never, ever buy from this company!!!
Ordered 28th Jan landed manchester 25th Feb delivered 22nd March. I was emailing a lot getting pushed off. I asked for refund they soon hurried up the order. Won't order again.

I paid no goods delivered, customer service do not help, well when you order it does not say it’s in a foreign country who also adds tax onto your final bill. Not recommend at all!
These are so cute they and they fit very well
I was worried after reviews about heart/bow coming off but these shoes are fantastic! The footbed is padded and super comfy for my toddler. She wore them all weekend in NYC for radiocity and American girl and they look brand new. Will purchase in different colors! Great price too!
He loves these. Tells me all the time how comfortable they are!
These are amazing toddler shoes. They are just like the photo shows and the sizing is great. They fit perfectly and are not cumbersome, so the child doesn't find difficulty walking/running with a hefty shoe. Good and robust with a nice slimline fit. Definitely would recommend.
Wear them with my long dresses. Could have worn a 10 wide instead of a 10 1/2 wide
Terrible company. Ordered 3rd October, after lots of emails to customer support, I finally got my items on 23rd Nov. I ordered 3 wooden money boxes for my grandchildren. Nice wood, the Perspex was just awful. White not clear, really rough edges not attached, & these are geared towards children!! Nothing like the advertised item. I wish I could upload a photo. Have sent a request for a refund, but I won’t hold my breath. Avoid!!!!
