Thank you for your review, Monica! Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water. Although it feels different, Proclaim has been shown to be highly effective in reducing bleeding, inflammation, and plaque accumulation! This was shown in our clinical study, where Proclaim was used 1x/day at pressure setting 5. A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch shortly!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Dan! We're so glad to hear the entire Proclaim process—from start to finish—was a breeze. Cheers to improved oral health!

Paul, we're so sorry to hear about your experience at pressure setting 4! A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch to ensure your mouthpiece is fitting properly.

Thank you for your feedback, Tim. We're so sorry about the malfunction of your Proclaim device, but we're so glad our Customer Care Team was able to get a replacement device sent your way!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. However, we believe there may have been a mix-up — we're Proclaim by Fresh Health. We've developed a Custom-Jet Oral Health System to provide you with your healthiest teeth & gums in 7 seconds! We are not affiliated in any way with the physical therapy or medical services you've described. We kindly ask that you consider removing or updating your review, as it appears to be intended for a different company with a similar name. This would help ensure your feedback reaches the right audience!
