Worst exchange policy I’ve ever had to deal with. Ultimately they offered me $4 just to keep my purchases. Helloooo? They don’t fit and I’d like to exchange them for something that does. Do not order from this place - terrible service!!!

It was difficult to track, because the tracking number wouldn't show updates and I didn't want to add another tracking app to my phone. It took quite a while to get here.

The knife to forever to arrive and it does not cut any where as well as advertised
To be quite frank, the quality isn't quite what I was expecting. And this thing you call a sheath, is basically useless. The one thing that is handy, is the blade guard, but it won't let the knife stick to my magnetic knife holders with the blade guard in place. Which, makes that basically useless. I wasn't as impressed by how good the handle felt in my hand as it seemed to be in your advertising so I think it's probably needing some improvements yet.
I am not used to wearing an underwire so it is a bit uncomfortable.
