While I do love that my skincare system helps with my hormonal acne, it does not beat it 100%. More like 80%. When my time of the month comes, it feels like the system doesn't work at all.

Excellent Cleanser and Night Cream!
I ordered the cleanser, day moisturizer, and night cream. My issues are mainly extreme dryness and clogged/enlarged pores. I LOVE the cleanser. It doesn't leave my skin dry like others. I get clogged pores which gives my skin a rough texture, but this cleanser has reduced it more than any other I've tried. I also love the night cream. The day moisturizer isn't my favorite, it's more of a sunscreen, which is nice for going outside but not for what I usually need it for which is going into work. I wish there was an option to include a non spf day moisturizer so you could choose depending on the day. I still need to keep a day moisturizer on hand apart from the proven system.

The products are gentle on my very sensitive skin and smell very nice! I am surprised that the cleanser really leaves my face feeling clean without stripping my natural oils. I like how gentle the day moisturizer feels even with SPF in it. I wish both my moisturizers were a little more moisturizing otherwise, I'm loving the products so far.
AWFUL, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE
If I could give this system a big, fat ZERO, I would. The products are supposed to last two months, but they give so little cleanser. The scent is also terrible. The day cream feels like straight zinc oxide or diaper rash ointment. It's awful and barely spreads. The company doesn't offer returns. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known that. I canceled my subscription after two horrible days of use.
Pros and Cons
The pros of Proven is that it's a fuss free, easy skincare routine. There's less steps but cover all the bases. I like that it's personalized to my needs, including environmental factors particular to where I live. This is something you won't find with other skincare systems. The cons is that the smell is a little off putting but does subside. I think it's expensive for the amount of product I'm getting. Both moisturizers aren't moisturizing enough even after filling out the personalized questionnaire.

Going well so far. In general I like it. Pump bottles are nice and easy to use but very hard to read the labels. I will try for a while longer and see how it goes.
Horrible customer service
Deeply flawed "personalization" system. Seems more like a "near-fit" product based on assumptions and generic questions. The product causes an adverse reaction, and their response is that it's normal, to keep using it. SMH
Simple and easy …
Proven is simple and easy and tailored to your skins needs. I like that it changes based on the season and my body’s needs. I’ve used Proven for almost a year and still feel that it’s worth it. Automatic shipment makes it easy to keep up with.
Easy to use
Proven products are easy to use and effective for my skin type. The day time moisturizer is on the thick side and can leave white spots if not properly used. The night time moisturizer is wonderful - it is smooth, creamy and absorbs nicely into my skin. I also use it as an eye cream during the day.
Overhyped, Overpriced and Doesn't Work!
Like the sucker I am for believing the commercial ads on my Instagram and Facebook feed, I ordered this product and used it for 6 months. No difference. None whatsoever. Secondly, on one of my orders the pump was broken and I reported it twice to their customer service and requested a new product. No one got back to me. I had to use a cotton swab or bang it upside down on my hand to get the content. Lastly, I happen to look into the bottle of the moisturizer and it looked really shallow. So I took a cotton swab and measured it against the bottle and it's about 75% of its size, then dipped it into the bottle and I can still see the top part of the cotton swab. So basically, they're putting it in a bottle that isn't full of the moisturizer. Now, it does state 1 oz but it is deceiving to put it in a bottle that looks to be 3 oz. Just saying. Otherwise, considering the hype of this product, it certainly doesn't live up to it. And it's expensive.
Great Results
I love the way Proven formulates your skin care each time when your skin changes or when the environment around you changes. When I first used the skincare products, I definitely noticed major changes. Although, skincare products that I have just been through didn’t give me that “wow factor” that I first had.

So far I like the products. The texture of my skin does seems to be improving. I do wish the price point were a bit lower. I've only been using it a couple of months and I'm giving it 3 orders before I make a final decision whether or not to continue.

I started subscribing to Proven because I wanted to simply my routine and pay for skin care that works for me. Proven takes into account your lifestyle, amount of sleep I get, how much water I drink, part of the world I live in, my age, my skin tone and my skin care goals - all these factors evolve with me as I age. The cost is more than what I used to spend but the personalization is worth it. Texture of my skin and level of hydration has improved, no effect on dark spots but I'm told to be patient.
Toxic products
Horrible customer service. They refuse to answer questions and sell toxic products. I am working on a small claims suit against the company now for false advertisement and selling items that cause severe burns to the skin
I do love this product
I do love this product! I have noticed the texture of my skin has gotten better, less breakouts, better moisturized, affordable and is tailored to me and my geographical area. I do like that the day moisturizer has sunscreen but it does leave a white film and sloughs off. I learned to not over rub the lotion. It tends to not slough off then. I absolutely love and use the night moisturizer all the time! My skin feels hydrated and have noticed far less breakouts. I did notice going from winter regimen to spring regimen, that my skin got drier and had a little more breakouts. I’m guessing maybe my skin is adjusting to different formulas? I only use the cleanser when I shower every other day. All in all, this product is excellent and is worth giving it a try!

I haven't seen any results yet, but I know it takes about a month for the skin to show any differences. I like how practical and easy Proven made my skincare routine. It is easy to stick to. I am ready to continue and see how good my skin can get.
Very nice product
Very nice product. I love all the natural ingredients, and my skin does too! The only thing that I didn't care for was the moisturizer. It is too white for me. I do not wear foundation, so I do not cover up the whiteness of the moisturizer. But I still wear it!

This personalized skin care is wonderful especially when it takes into account where you live and targeted preferences. I started using it to help with redness and aging signs (lines). Redness is noticeably better after 2 months. It has SPF, something I always forget to use normally so that is a definite benefit. The only downfall is the white tint it leaves on my skin.
This seems like a really great product
This seems like a really great product. My first regimen box felt nice on my skin and truly did what I wanted. I’ve always struggled with blackheads on my nose and was shocked when they went away after only a few uses of the cleanser. St first I thought it should foam up but now I realize that maybe the foaming cleansers that I’m used to were actually drying my skin or maybe causing the blockages. The day moisturizer seems like it could use some tweaking for me to love it. But how can they get it perfect on the first try. Night moisturizer seems great. First time using retinol and no irritation yet.
