To clarify what happened: your payment was flagged by our crypto payment processor (Cryptomus) during their mandatory AML compliance check — this verification happens before funds reach us. The money is held on their side, not on ours, and we have no way to release it or refund what we never received. AML checks are a legal requirement for any licensed payment processor — they're standard compliance procedure, not a decision we made. Once Cryptomus completes their verification, your payment will either be released to us (and your service activated) or returned to you.
