You are scammers! You promised me a refund for the item I sent back but purposefully gave me incorrect information on the shipping label so that I can’t get the product back to you and you therefore don’t give me my refund. Then stopped responding to me so you don’t have to give me the correct shipping information. Disgraceful conduct

I've been using PSA products for the past nine months, and I absolutely love the results! My absolute favorites are The Most Serum, Heroine Toner, and Follow the Light Peel. I genuinely love your products, and your website promotions are sooooo good! Your products have become absolute must-haves in my skincare routine.

Zero stars if I could.I still haven’t received my order. I placed it in June, and after weeks of waiting and checking the delivery status every single day, it still hasn’t arrived. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of the excessive delay have been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from your company based on my experience again.
I love this serum
I love this serum! It is one of the few that is suitable for oily skin, moisturising it and leaving no stickiness. It's very nice to use The Most. Plus, it can be combined with any of your active serums. Try it, I'm sure you'll like this serum as much as I liked it)

This toner is a real must-have in my skincare routine! After using it, the skin becomes smooth, radiant and with an even tone. It visibly evens out the skin texture, making it more well-groomed.
UK site discrepancy with stock
Ordered items from UK site, then had email to say that some items were out of stock and I was refunded. However, on checking the site again I could still order the alleged out of stock items. Items came via Amazon...are all uk items from Amazon warehouse and this, therefore does not correspond to PSA website? This has happened to me before. I contacted Customer Service with this question but never received an answer

Hi, we apologise for the issue with our inventory. Unfortunately, our fulfilment partner miscounted our inventory which meant we had 1 item listed for sale that was out of stock due to high demand. We fulfilled the rest of your order and refunded you the amount for the missing item.
