Sizing wrong/difficult to return

The item was as seen however the sizing is way to small. Not close at all to the listed size guide. In addition it’s not clear where to return this & there is no free returns for shipping.

I ordered a skirt and it was super cute! Great quality. It didn’t fit so I tried to exchange it. I emailed the costumer service twice and never heard back. Now I have a skirt that doesn’t fit.

Overall satisfactory

Pros: - much cheaper than respective brands' official websites or other third parties - customer service is very responsive and prompt, easy to work with Cons: - constantly out of stock for certain items. I recommend checking their inventory before buying. Shopping took long but not their fault (covid) and the disappointing quality of clothes is a problem with the manufacturer so I'm not holding this against them.

I tried ordering a dress from the site…

I tried ordering a dress from the site and got an email two days later telling me it was not in stock. They said if I exchange for another item they would send me a free gift. Long story short I tried ordering three separate dresses and somehow ALL were out of stock. Why keep an item on your website if it’s not available anymore? Also one of the dresses I know for sure will not be manufactured anymore yet they keep it up on their website. If you try ordering from them be aware that they might not have what you want in stock and it takes a minimum of a day for a reply.

There were some shipping delays because of COVID, but customer service was quick to reply and reassure me that things were on the way. Everything fit perfectly and is high quality. Very happy.

I loved every products that I bought on this website, the quality is very good and the shipping time is very good too. Although, I would like to know why does the skirt that they told me that was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked and why does the other skirt that they also told me that wouldn't be fabricated continue on the website for sell?

It was very long time until I got the products and I got worried and had to do much work to get information about when it will Come, becouse I didnt get any email or anything with the order. But luckily I could have some internet adress, where I could get some information about the order and also finally got the products.

Cardigan

I actually love my cardigan. I’m scared to wash it though as it’s hand wash only and I’m worried I ruin it or something. If anyone is thinking of buying this then you should go for it because it’s my favourite cardigan and I have a lot!

My package was delivered 2 months after I ordered it! And they were out of stock of my shorts and didnt tell me until 3 days after I ordered it!

I have not received my order. It's been over a month. Please look into it, and send it ASAP It's for my daughter, she's very disappointed. *I received a response from the company right away. They are going to look into my order. I appreciate the response, I hope I receive it soon. * received my items as promised by the customer service representative!

Products are similar as described on the web. Punk Design offers a lot of discount, a very large choice, good quality. The delivery is a bit longer because items come from China. You have to take rightly your measures as advised on each item. PD also offers gifts. That’s nice and the customer service reply very quickly! I am very satisfied.
