Great Company
I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Punk Design. The quality of their items is superb, and the customer service is excellent. The clothes fit beautifully. The materials are high quality. Pricing is fair. There have been times where I would order an item out of stock, and I was notified immediately via email. I then was able to replace the items out of stock with other choices.This was then expedited and included a free pair of underwear as well. Even though this country ships from China, they are very reliable and I have yet to encounter anything but professionalism in their customer service, and reliable and well made products.

It was my first purchase. Sent fast, delivered quickly and without any additional fees. Good contact and I received product as described on their shop page. Definitely recommend!
Missing items
I've yet to receive my order. Its now going on a month and half and I have not received. Reached out to them to get help and see whats going on with it, but got a generic canned response. Very disappointed as I was looking forward receiving my items. If I ever receive them, and this point I do not think I will, I will update my review.

I placed my order during Chinese holidays so i was aware the order will take a longer time to be shipped which was fine with me, the seller informed me my order was SHIPPED and even provided a tracking number (which was fake apparently), however, when my parcel did not arrive after 2 months I contacted them to provide the current status of my shipment and they admitted they NEVER EVEN SHIPPED my order cause they did not have the size I ordered! So basically if I wasn't proactive and was asking about the order they would just take the money and never shipped the order...So I at least asked for the refund which I eventually received. But still, this is definitely NOT how the business should be done.
