QinPrinting is a professional offset printing company in Shanghai China. We provide commercial printing business and packaging business for people all over the world. We welcome your feedback!
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the dedicated staff members for providing incredibly helpful support, rapid communication, and exceptional professional guidance throughout the entire creative publishing process. Consumers are consistently impressed by the stunning print quality, vibrant colors, and meticulously secure packaging that ensures delicate items always arrive in pristine condition.
However, some people mentioned minor drawbacks regarding sample materials or specific project experiences that fell somewhat short of their expectations. Despite these occasional regrets or unfulfilled wishes concerning physical proofs, the general feedback remains overwhelmingly positive and encouraging for future orders.
I self-published my first book, Washington Wide, with QinPrinting: 172 pages, hardcover, 500 copies of panoramic film photography, printed on Caidie coated art paper.
Nelson Zhao was my contact throughout, and he answered every technical question directly. When I asked about ink limits for Japan Color 2001 Coated, he recommended 290% total ink coverage for my shadow-heavy images and explained why. He offered two proofing options: a press test run of 8 pages, and inkjet hard proofs at $1 per page. I used both across three proof rounds. When a shipment of proofs came back wrong, it was corrected promptly.
Their designer checked every file before production, and Nelson explained each step of the process: PDF proofs, invoice, payment options with the fees laid out, production, and freight. He gave honest answers on timing, including the real odds of a customs inspection, rather than just reassurance.
Ten advance copies came by air, and the full run arrived in 41 boxes right on schedule. The books are beautiful, and the photographs are reproduced accurately.
I recommend QinPrinting to any photographer or publisher who cares about color, care and professionalism.
Interfacing with Irene was always a wonderful experience. She gave light to the behind-the-scene production processes that could not be seen. Base on the exceptional quality of her responses and impeccable diligence of her and her production team, at making sure that I got everything right, my card games MAPULANETI QUEUE 3 HUNDRED and MAPULANETI FOUR ADDS UP, were produced with the untouchable greatness. I could not have gotten a better production company team to support and provide the guidance that I really needed. They would not print my games until they made sure that I got it right. They printed exceptional quality games for me. Even after the products were delivered to me, Irene is still here and interfacing with the testing lab on my behalf to help resolve CPC verification. Words and stars are not adequate to express their greatness. Thank you QinPrinting and thank you again, Irene and production team. We will print again soon! I have a professional background in operations and customer service management, so I sincerely know and appreciate exceptionalism when it faces me.
This is our second book we have had printed by Qin printing and the service we received from Nelson both times was excellent. The final books were exactly the quality we have come to expect. The delivery was seamless and most importantly on time.
Nelson was really helpful throughout the whole process - from quote, to delivering the artwork files, all the way to delivery. We had some issues with the sea freight shipment being delayed, but a solution was found promptly. Communication was great from start to finish and the quality of the print was excellent, particularly for the price, which was far lower than any UK supplier.
We had such a great experience ordering from QinPrinting. Jimmy was amazing and helped us from start to finish. The product looks amazing and even better than we thought. Recommend 100%!! We are definitely ordering again with them in the future.
Outstanding experience. As a first time children's book author, QinPrinting service walked me through all the steps, and the communication was quick and professional!
The quality was exactly as promised and the shipping came undamaged and secure.
I plan on continuing using QinPrinting for my future books and various printing needs.
I'm so impressed with the professionalism with QinPrinting! I would hire again for future projects. They were pleasant, kind and easy to work with. There was no language barrier, even considering them being in China and I'm in the U.S
They were wonderful!
This is our first time getting this kind of work done. We followed the instructions on the website and in less than a day had an email from a rep in Canada who guided us through the process. He was patient and explained what we needed to do. When I got it wrong, he offered corrective advice in a very clear way. The order was for a very particular product and we got exactly what we wanted, a decent price and in a very timely manner. We could not be happier with QinPrinting.
The quality for the price is exceptional. But so is their customer service. Right from initial contact, Nelson was attentive to my questions and needs. He even provided his opinion on ways to save money without sacrificing quality in the ways I needed. All in all, I ended up with a premium product. I plan on placing many more orders in the future!
AMAZING AMAZING SERVICES FOR AN AMAZING PRICE!! i used their service to get manga printed.
i love nelson from qinprinting. he always responded quickly, and i never waited for more than a day. he was very happy to answer EVERY question i had about the manufacturing process, no matter how small. he was very friendly as well, willing to chat about small talk while we were waiting for the books to be delivered. and the books are in EXCELLENT quality. when more volumes come out, i’ll be coming back, again and again. qinprinting is SO amazing!!!
Qin is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you Nelson. They are fast, affordable and deliver exceptional quality.
I live off in person book sales and I dont think that would be possible without QIN printing. I've met other self published authors who say the same thing.
I'm very happy with this company.
I truly enjoyed my sourcing experience with Qin Printing. I worked with them for 4 months before making a decision and the level of service was consistent and continuous during those 4 months. Susan was amazing and extremely helpful
Thank you guys!
While Qin was very helpful in the initial stages of our book printing, their approach was significantly different when a problem occurred, making a complete 180 on their service. The company takes the approach that the customer is always wrong, even while deploying a method of communication, file uploading, and proofing that invites errors and issues. While their printing quality is good, we fully regret using them for book printing and will not use them for future projects.

Qin was exceptional to deal with. Great communication along the process, fast and efficient service and the quality of production exceeded our expectations! Cannot recommend them enough!
I had an excellent experience with QinPrinting from start to finish! Their email communication was quick, helpful, and thorough. They gave updates throughout the printing project, accurate financial estimates, and even sent a video of the product before shipping. Once the product arrived, I saw it had been meticulously packed for safe travels. The quality of the product itself was excellent! The colors were exactly as they should have been, and the product exceeded all expectations. I couldn’t have been happier with this company! I will definitely use them again.
Fantastic experience. 200 Art Wall Calendars arrived ahead of schedule, quality of both print and stock exceptional. Beautifully and safely packaged. Zero damaged goods. Neon was a top notch service representative throughout the creative and technical process. Well done Qin. Will def print with them again.
