Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the prints are of wonderful quality, featuring vibrant colors and durable materials that look fantastic on garments. People also deeply appreciate the exceptionally fast shipping and quick turnaround times, noting that orders are frequently ready or delivered within hours. However, some people mentioned frustrating issues with delivery delays and significantly longer shipping times than normally expected. A few consumers also noted occasional inconsistencies regarding print colors or missing measurements on their previous orders. Despite these drawbacks, most individuals remain very loyal to the brand for their daily business needs.

Always fast and friendly. I always have these last minute orders and quick transfers make it happen. Whether I pick up or have it shipped the turn around is always quick.
The print quality is great! Easy to press and hold up well. However, their color adjustments have a lot to be improved. They frequently send out prints that are nothing like the colors sent in and they vary greatly from order to order as well and claim this is “normal”. Sorry, one print being the correct color gold, the next being dark orange, and the next being another shade of orange isn’t normal and that won’t work for a teams shirts that need to match and will be wearing them together. Customer service is very argumentative and proceeded to give me all the details of their operation… I don’t care to know because I pay them to send a correct print to my door so I don’t have to deal with details such as that. Multiple emails back and forth trying to justify why it’s “normal” when it is definitely not. Somehow their competitor I also order from NEVER has this problem. Customer service then proceeds to say they will send a courtesy replacement… it’s not a courtesy to me when their printers obviously are not calibrated to match each other. I will unfortunately be cautious ordering here because of the interesting customer service experience and the delay in receiving prints since they have to be reprinted when they’re wrong. I really liked ordering here due to their quick turnaround and arrived to me in 1-2 days.
