Hi Stuart, We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way and completely understand your frustration. We always do our best to support our customers, especially when kit is needed for an event. Unfortunately, on this occasion, certain sizes were delayed by the supplier, which meant we were unable to complete the full order within the original timeframe. To help resolve this, we arranged for two alternative shirts to be sent out free of charge, which were delivered to you in time for your deadline. The outstanding 9-10Y adidas shirts will also still be sent as soon as they arrive. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused and that your experience has not met the standard we aim for.
