We do our best to ship orders the same day they are placed. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the carrier’s performance. FedEx and UPS typically deliver within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to speak with you today. To summarize our conversation: 1. The additional boxes shown in your photos are not part of your order, and we do not carry or ship those types of boxes. They appear to have been misdelivered to your address by FedEx. Our shipment is the box with the PRO FOUNDATION sticker on the outside. 2. Unfortunately, our shipping team mistakenly switched the shipping labels for your order and another customer's order. That customer ordered four PRO cartridges and accidentally received your PRO Kit, while you received his shipment. 3. To make this right, we are reshipping your correct order today. It should arrive in approximately two business days. We sincerely apologize again for the mistake and appreciate your understanding. Kind Regards, ---------------- Customer Support RadonSeal

We agree with your sentiment. This year has definitely been a soaker! So much so that a couple of our colleagues have had to use our own products to address water problems in their own homes. Water always wins! The best we can do as homeowners is keep it at bay. 😄 Thanks for your review! Kind Regards, --------------- Team RadonSeal
