Later, we were contacted again by RapidDirect expressing interest in restarting the collaboration. While we appreciated the follow-up, this back-and-forth highlighted internal communication and decision-ownership challenges, especially for projects with tight timelines and higher complexity. The team members we interacted with were professional and courteous, but for clients who need clear decision authority, stable commitments, and predictable timelines, this experience involved more uncertainty than expected.
