Once documents are in the hands of government authorities, the final processing timeline is determined entirely by them, which unfortunately falls outside of our control. Because the translation and filing services on our end have been fully rendered, we are unable to issue a refund. That said, we take your comments about communication seriously. We are actively investigating the shipping status from Tallahassee to your address in Israel to locate your documents and find out why the tracking has not updated.
