Need a marriage certificate translated into italian, in the same format as california. Ive used translayte before and they could do it but rapid translate couldn't. nice guy called me back and then someone else called me to better understand but then i got an email back 5 mins later saying they wouldnt be able to do it. $90 down the drain

Awful translation. They sent the birth certificate with illegible written in many places. They could not even properly translate the numbers

Update July 14th, 2026: The enterprise fully reimbursed me, which is more than correct. They have been very reactive to my emails. Original post from June 2026: Instead of the promised 24 hours for a translation of a birth certificate from German to French, it took about 80 hours until I got the first draft. It contained two major errors: the wrong technical term in for "birth certificate" in French and a wrong girl's name of my mother's. The "certificate" on the confirmations of the enterprise and the translator seem to be fake and invented with photoshop, and the German original was not attached to the delivered document. I cannot recommend their services, the first translation smells stronly like an AI generated document without any human control.
