Shipping times are misleading
The translation was perfect however I purchased the physical with 2-3 business day shipping. When I messaged for shipping number they said it takes 1-2 weeks!??? If they had falsely advertised I would not have chosen this service as I was expecting to get the documents a lot soon than that. Then I asked them if I could pay for the next day shipping. They said yes and sent me the link which was just to do the entire purchase again and not just shipping. If you’re just looking for electronic translation, then this might work but if you need physical copies I would not recommend.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I paid extra for urgent legal document translations with an apostille after being told the process would take only a few days. Almost a month later, I still have not received a single document, and nobody can even tell me when I will receive them, and they take absolutely no responsibility, eventhough even the small disclaimer tehy mentioned now through Customer Support that was no where upon ordering of 15 business days has also passed!
I was never informed beforehand that apostille documents could take this long. If I had known, I would never have paid extra for this service or ordered from this company at all.
To make matters worse, despite receiving nothing so far, they are also unwilling to provide a refund.
Completely unacceptable service and very poor communication upon ordering.

Following a review of your order (#196203), we want to clarify that your documents were successfully translated, processed, and submitted to the government office in Tallahassee. Once documents are in the hands of government authorities, the final processing timeline is determined entirely by them, which unfortunately falls outside of our control. Because the translation and filing services on our end have been fully rendered, we are unable to issue a refund.
That said, we take your comments about communication seriously. We are actively investigating the shipping status from Tallahassee to your address in Israel to locate your documents and find out why the tracking has not updated.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and the distress this has caused. A member of our Rapid Translate support team will reach out to you directly with an update as soon as we have more information.
