They tried to charge MORE THAN double word count for 2 pages text as 5 pages, nothing better to do but to loose the loyal client. Never will go to this service. Check exactly what they charge with their "experienced translators".

Despite *not* ordering anything from your website, you still managed to charge my card. This is extremely concerning. How is it possible that you charged my card without my confirmation? I was in the process of placing an order but decided not to proceed after reading reviews (e.g. errors in medical reports, not meeting EU certification standards) and deciding your service may not be reliable. I never confirmed or completed the transaction. However, around 30–40 minutes later, money was taken from my account without my consent. This situation is alarming, and I request an immediate refund. Please investigate this issue and explain how this unauthorized charge occurred. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it further. I expect a quick response. Update: They have just sent me an email stating that they will not refund my money, even though I did not approve the payment. Money is being charged from my card without my consent and despite clearly stating that I do not want the service *before* they sent their translations, they sent it to me anyway and are forcing the translation on me, saying, “we’ve already sent it,” to refuse a refund. I think this is clearly a violation of consumer rights and, frankly, it feels suspiciously fraudulent. I request a full refund and a clear explanation. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue the matter through my bank and relevant consumer protection channels. "Order" # 192615

Latin to English "legal/certified translation" is full of mistakes. They mutilated the names of the signees of my diploma, and wrote "successfully" as "succesfully". They translated "rector" as "president", and "faculty" as "school". They don't respond to emails asking for a refund!
