Your membership and upgrade access are linked to the email address used during checkout. After a successful purchase, we also send a Welcome email with information to help you get started. To access your account for the first time, you need to create a password. You can do this by clicking “Access Flights Dashboard” or “Go to dash” on the success page after your purchase. Alternatively, you can open the Welcome email we sent after your purchase and click “Confirm your …” to create your password. Once your password is created, you can log in to the RatePunk website dashboard using the email address associated with your purchase. If you’ve already completed these steps but still cannot access your membership or Elite upgrade, please contact [email protected] with your purchase confirmation and the email used to subscribe.
