Design is good. The emails are timely. The rates look very good. I only need to book one flight to recover sign up fee. Would be better if could include local airports and or cover the whole country.

the application works well. I wonder when the deals on the main page refresh, when I check that, the best deals are always gone. but it still displays on main screen. I think it is a fit for price because any discount on a ticket is higher than the app pricing. I wish I also have the version for business tickets.

The deals on the main page are refreshed as new fares become available, but flight prices and availability can change very quickly. A deal may still be visible while the underlying fare has already sold out or changed, particularly for the most attractive fares with limited airline inventory. This is why a deal you click on may sometimes no longer be available at the original price.
If you’re looking for Business Class deals, these are available through our Elite membership, which provides access to Business and First Class opportunities in addition to the standard Economy deals.
We appreciate your feedback about refreshing expired deals more quickly and will pass it along to our product team. If you encounter a specific deal that repeatedly shows as available but cannot be booked, please contact [email protected] with a screenshot and the deal details so we can investigate. 🙌

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoy receiving our deals. To receive personalized alerts based on your own preferences, you’ll need to set up a Price Alert in the RatePunk app. There you can choose your departure airport, destination, travel dates, travelers, and travel class.
Once your alert is created, RatePunk will monitor the selected criteria and notify you when a matching fare becomes available. If you haven’t set up a Price Alert yet, the general deals you receive may not necessarily match your preferred routes.
If your alerts don’t seem to match the preferences you selected, please contact [email protected] with your account email and details of the alert so our team can check it. 🙏

Purchased the app after reading a recommendation in a travel article. Pricing isn't transparent - we're hoping to find affordable business class seats for a long flight, which required paying more for the "elite" level of the app - and weeks later, no deals have come through. You can't set an email alert for only the specific flights you're looking for. And when you do set up a customized alert on the app, it doesn't retain all the settings such as the flight times. Customer support reached out when I gave the app a 0 on a 0-10 scale, and when they asked I communicated these specific problems, but their response was a non sequitur step-by-step list of how to set up a flight alert (which I'd obviously already done).

We especially understand your frustration when you had already explained the issues to our team and received instructions that did not address the problems you reported.
RatePunk’s Standard membership focuses on Economy Class deals, while Business and First Class deals require the Elite upgrade. The upgrade is optional, and its price and included features are shown before the additional purchase is completed. We understand, however, that you would prefer to see the full pricing structure and differences between the membership options even more clearly before making a decision.
Regarding Business Class deals, RatePunk cannot guarantee that a suitable fare will be found within a particular timeframe. Premium-cabin fares depend heavily on airline inventory, route, demand, travel dates, and when airlines release discounted fares. Some routes can have very few qualifying Business Class deals, even when you are flexible.
We also understand your concern about customized alerts. Price Alerts can be created around your departure airport, destination, travel dates, travelers, and travel class, but they are not currently designed to monitor one exact flight or guarantee a particular flight-time preference. We appreciate your feedback that the alert setup should retain more detailed preferences and provide more precise control over the flights being monitored.
We’re also sorry that the previous response from our support team did not address the specific issues you had already explained. That is not the kind of support experience we want to provide. If you would like us to take another look, please contact [email protected] with the email address associated with your account and, if possible, screenshots of the alert settings you created. We can then review the account and the particular alert rather than simply sending you general setup instructions.

I just started so I’m not sure I’m using the app correctly yet. I’m interested in domestic flight’s and flights to Certain international cities but I don’t know how to filter my results to those specific categories. I would welcome feedback if I’m missing something.
Waste of money and subscription. We got nothing from this app or the email alerts. Still cheaper to fly through Asia with direction connection to Jetstar Skoop Thai Airways air Asia. Absolute con advertising. They should state that not all flight paths are cheaper. They just suck you in with hype and then off flights to places you would never go. Farcical.
