Fine issue
I placed an order, but was unable to process the payment due to a new bank authenticator issue. I received an email with an aborted order fine of 200 euros. I have since had a call from a very helpful representative of Bullionstar who explained the company policy. The issue hes been dealt with in a very satisfactory way,and I look forward to trading with Billionstar.
