Some of your listings have a ruler or a photo of the earrings on a model. These are the only ones I can choose from. I don't want to buy earrings that I can't wear. I think you should provide measurements of each item. I easily could have ordered 10 pairs if I had had that information.
The rings were nice but from the five rings I bought, two were a size 6 but one was two sizes bigger than the other - Not impressed as both should fit the same as they the same as size
This is my 1st experience with the company, it went well, & I hope I'm pleased with the earrings when they arrive. So much so, that I am tempted to order something more 🤔

I ordered two pairs of earrings on December 14th. I have yet to receive them and it is January 3rd. Rational Popular sent an email saying they had shipped.

The products are great, good quality with a worthy feel to them. Fantastic designs ove a wide range of styles. BUT… the lack of response to questions and queries is so rude and frustrating. I want to order some rings but after asking 3 times on how to measure ring sizes STILL NO RESPONSE!
It should be minus 5 stars. They got my address wrong. I ordered earrings late August and they didn't arrive because of the wrong address. I'm asking for a full refund - not my mistake. They're only offering less than half. Ridiculous. The only mistake I've made is to order earrings from this dishonourable company. Don't do it.
